Contact
This page is for questions about the site, about your personal data, or about joining as a pest control company. Write to contact@pestchief.com and say which of those it is in the first line. If you need pest control at your home, this is not the route, and we will only point you back to the matching flow.

Contact PestChief by email at contact@pestchief.com. Use it for questions about the PestChief website, about your personal data, or about joining as a pest control company. PestChief publishes no phone number, and it cannot arrange, change or cancel a treatment visit.
Writing to PestChief is not a pest control request. Nobody is dispatched from an email and no company will call you because you sent one. To be matched with an independent local company that covers your ZIP code, use the matching flow instead.
PestChief cannot open, change or cancel your account with any pest control company, including one we introduced you to. If you are trying to reach a provider you already use, their number is on your service agreement, your most recent invoice, the sticker a technician leaves on treated equipment, or the line item on your card statement.
Every topic reaches the same inbox. Naming the topic in your subject line helps it get to the right person faster, and telling us what we need up front usually saves a round of emails. Replies come by email, to the address you wrote from.
Questions about something we published, a source you want us to look at, or a page that is not working. Tell us which page you were on.
Access, correction or deletion requests. Give us the email address or phone number you used, otherwise there is no way to find the record. Requests are handled under the privacy policy, and some carry a statutory deadline.
Questions about joining the network, the checks involved, or billing. The relationship, the checks and the limits are set out on the partners page.
Apply on the contractors page.
If you believe something on this site is wrong, say which page and what the correct information is. We correct pages rather than quietly removing them.
The message reaches a PestChief inbox and a person reads it. The reply comes by email, to the address you gave. Nothing you write here goes to a pest control company, no company is sent to your address because of it, and it does not create or change any account.
The address is contact@pestchief.com. We reply to the address you write from, and nothing you send reaches a pest control company.
There is no need to send a phone number. This is not a lead route, and writing to us will not cause a pest control company to call you. PestChief does not publish a response time, because that would be a number nobody could hold it to.
The three steps, what PestChief does and does not do, and why it costs a homeowner nothing.
What is collected, how it is shared with a matched company, and how long it is kept.
What PestChief is, how it is paid for, and what it deliberately does not publish.
Next step
Tell us the pest and your ZIP code. It costs you nothing, one independent local pest control company gets the request, and that company contacts you directly.
An email to us is not a pest control request.
