Terms of service
These terms govern use of the PestChief website and the service that matches homeowners with independent local pest control companies.
Structure only. The operative terms are supplied by Dolead Legal and have not been drafted here. Every section below carries a placeholder where the real clauses belong.

2. What PestChief does, and what it does not do
PestChief matches homeowners with independent local pest control companies. It does not spray, trap or treat pests, and it does not employ the companies it introduces. Inspection, quoting and treatment are carried out by the company, under its own contract with the homeowner.
