For pest control companies
Get introduced to homeowners in your service area
This page is for pest control companies, not homeowners. If you have a pest problem at home, go to Find my pro.

In one paragraph
What does a PestChief partner get?
A PestChief partner company receives introductions to homeowners who have already named their pest and confirmed their ZIP code, filtered to the service area and pest types that company covers. Each homeowner request goes to one company, not to a panel. Companies pay for qualified introductions rather than for clicks, impressions or shared leads.
The network
What is the PestChief partner network?
PestChief does not spray, trap or treat pests, and it does not employ technicians. It publishes guidance for homeowners, asks them what pest they are dealing with and where they are, and then introduces them to independent local pest control companies that cover that area for that pest.
Partners are those independent companies. The work, the pricing, the licensing and the customer relationship stay entirely with the partner. PestChief is paid by partners for qualified introductions, never by the homeowner.
PestChief also publishes a set of AI tools for service providers, separate from the introductions described here.
What you receive
What does a partner company get?
What a qualified introduction is
One homeowner, in a ZIP code you told us you cover, for a pest you told us you treat, who has just asked to be contacted. It is not a shared panel, a resold list, a click or an appointment already booked for you.
Your service area, not a national feed
You tell us the ZIP codes and metro areas you actually cover. Introductions follow that map.
The pests you actually treat
General pest control, specialty pest control, or a specific list. Specialty work needs specific licensing, so it is matched separately.
Who it is for
Who is the partner network for?
- Independent pest control companies that are licensed and insured to work in the states they serve.
- Companies serving homeowners in defined service areas rather than nationally.
- Companies with the capacity to respond to a new inquiry quickly and to quote their own prices.
- Companies willing to be named to the homeowner before any work is agreed.
PestChief does not resell introductions bought from anyone else, and it does not run the treatment. An introduction is not a booked appointment, not a signed job and not a promise of work. PestChief does not commit to a volume of introductions either, because volume depends on homeowner demand in your area. If you are looking for a subcontractor, this is not that.
Getting started
How does a company start receiving introductions?
01
Tell us where you work and what you treat
Service area and pest list, plus the licenses you hold for specialty work.
02
We introduce matching homeowners
Only homeowners whose pest and location match what you told us. Each request goes to one company.
03
You contact them and quote
You own the conversation, the quote and the job from that point on.

One request goes to one company.
Apply to join the partner network
Write to contact@pestchief.com and tell us who you are, where you work and what you treat. That starts a conversation, not a contract. PestChief does not verify your license. What it does check is that the business is a genuine pest control business, from its name and the stated purpose of the business, and it runs standard commercial checks before a company joins. Nothing is sent to you until your details, your service area and your pest list are agreed with you, and the price of an introduction is agreed in writing first.
Commercials
How is PestChief paid?
Partner companies pay PestChief for qualified introductions. Homeowners pay nothing to PestChief, and nothing is added to the price you quote them. The full disclosure, including what is shared with a company and when, is set out on the partners page.
Common questions from pest control companies
What does an introduction cost?
There is no rate card published here, because the price depends on the pest type and the area. It is agreed with your company in writing before any introduction is sent, and it is a fee per qualified introduction rather than a commission on the job.
Is the introduction exclusive to my company?
Each homeowner request goes to one company, so you are not bidding against three others for the same call. That is not the same as area exclusivity, which PestChief does not sell. Another company covering the same ZIP code can also be in the network.
Do I pay if the homeowner does not book?
Yes. The fee is for a qualified introduction, not for a won job. That is exactly why matching runs on the ZIP codes and pests you told us you cover, and why a request outside that map should never reach you in the first place.
How many introductions will I receive?
PestChief does not commit to a number. Volume depends on homeowner demand for that pest in that area, and it moves with the season. Quoting a figure before seeing the demand would be a number nobody could hold us to.
Does PestChief take a cut of the job?
No. There is no commission, no percentage of what you charge the homeowner, and no involvement from PestChief in your pricing, your scope or your contract. From the first call, the job is entirely yours.
Does the homeowner know PestChief is involved?
Yes. The homeowner asked PestChief for an introduction and knows a company will be calling. Give your own company name when you call, and do not present yourself as PestChief or imply that PestChief performs or guarantees the treatment.
